All I can say about this lovely movie is that it is more a thriller than a horror...it can't be called a horror movie because no scene in this movie can really freak anybody out... but the thrill in this movie is top class... the story, the direction, the events in this movie that happen one after another... all are mind-blowing.. viewers will be kept in suspense and ultimately the end of the movie is amazingly set and directed... From the first day in their new home, the women are hooked on to a new TV show 'Sab Khairiyat' (All's Well). The background music by the first timers is absolutely outstanding and complements a brilliant script beautifully. This is a very good thriller and must watch one for cold blooded thriller fans. If the ending would have been good I would have given a definite 9, but its 7 from me. A great horror thriller movie in Tamil after a long long time.... An awesome script executed to near perfection. It was something different than the usual Horror movies where there is a good attempt as far as background sound, cinematography & art direction are concerned but unfortunately they don't have a story to support all that.

Have all the essentials of a Hollywood horror movie! 13B (2009) This underrated gem of a film did not make many waves when it was released back in 2009 but whoever watched it, swore that it was the best Hindi horror film they had ever seen. The acting was good, Madhwan was the best of the lot. With 13B, Indian film-makers take another tiny step towards exploring new ideas on screen. With Madhavan, Neetu Chandra, Poonam Dhillon, Saranya Ponvannan. We never really pay heed to something that is in our lives everyday, and therefore is relatively ignored. The acting by the person who comes as the police inspector is first rate and provides comic relief at certain places. A good thriller.

Overall, the main cast does a really convincing job, the story is really smart, the camera work and especially the soundtrack are really creepy. First half is slow. As such, our dependency on technology has grown to such extent that, without it, mankind would quickly crumble as a civilization. Fear appeared natural on his face and that made it for me. Watch it if you have a taste for horror movies. A man experiences a supernatural occurrence at his newly purchased apartment; a soap opera being telecast exclusively on his TV, which shows the future of his family.
