When I first saw the movie I had never even heard of the books so when I went to watch it I judged the movie based on the movie it self not comparing it to the book.

Pity because its a brilliant story - but I shall look out for the other films as I am now hooked on the Twilight series. A forbidden, dangerous and probably ill-fated teenage romance. Stephenie Meyer made a point of how long it took Bella and Edward to get together and this film ruins that, especially the scene of Bella and Edward in Bellas bedroom when that doesn't really happen in the book as Edward keeps himself from her. However on returning to the film it is now evident how much better it could have been. I like the cool colors the film has. No stupid sex scenes required to confirm. The acting is terrible. I'm a 26 year old straight guy and I loved this film, well all of them so far.
