The movie is great. I just got this on Blu Ray been waiting some time I also got a couple of other older films just released on Blue Ray and watched on on my brand new smart tv 1089 pixel and new blu ray player and this was the only one that had poor quality. It’s pretty clear why audiences felt cheated, and I can see why people stayed away in droves. However, this movie is basically about every woman's endless desire: how to stay forever young and beautiful. Madeleine(Meryl Streep) is a movie actress obsessed with her falling career and aging body.

I'll get real for a moment here: This is the kind of thing that you do not want to make too much sense about because that kind of sanity sort of "scares the hell out of people anyway in high doses".
